Initial Consultation
Our designer will fully understand your requests and expectations, and initially focus on the design concepts. If you are unclear about your own needs, we will guide you step-by-step to uncover overlooked but essential design requirements. Then we will schedule a site measurement appointment.

On-site Measurement / Sample Layout
We visit the site to take precise measurements and record key conditions and details of the space.

Floor Plan Discussion
Step 1 : Within 7 working days, we will complete a preliminary floor plan and engage in 1–3 discussions with you, gradually refining and adjusting based on your requirements.
Step 2 : After the floor plan is confirmed, we will provide an estimated renovation cost range based on that plan.
Note : Because detailed budget depends on choices of materials and construction methods, at this stage we can only provide a rough estimate. The detailed budget will be prepared later after material and construction details are finalized.

Design Contract Signing
Step 1 : At the time of signing the design contract, we will thoroughly explain and confirm the floor plan to ensure every detail meets your needs.
Step 2 : We will clearly provide an estimated completion schedule for all design drawings, so you understand the project timeline.
Step 3 : We will detail design fees and payment process, so both parties agree on all financial arrangements.

Design & Construction Details Discussion
Step 1 : We will delve into design specifics, material selections, and construction implementation, finalizing the scheme.
Step 2 : We will create full construction drawings and provide 3D renderings to help you better visualize the design.
Step 3 : We will confirm the final project budget to ensure it meets your expectations.
Note : The entire discussion and confirmation process is expected to be completed within 8 weeks.

Construction Contract Signing
We will jointly confirm all construction schedule details to ensure the project proceeds smoothly. In addition, we will clearly explain the payment schedule for the construction work so both parties are aligned financially.

Construction Execution
- Depending on project scale and complexity, the construction period may range from 2 to 6 months.
- We will charge fees according to each stage of construction.
- Progress photos for each phase will be uploaded to a group (chat/group) so the homeowner can monitor the construction status and details in real-time.
- During construction, we also assist you in selecting home décor, furniture, lighting, and curtains, ensuring the overall design is perfectly executed.

Handover & Completion
- Inspection and handover of the completed space.
- Assist the homeowner with moving in and selecting items as needed.
